Maintaining our bodies healthy help keep us happy and think positive rather than thinking negative things all the time. Being Physically active and eating the foods we need to be eating help keep our bodies running the way they are supposed to, so we do not feel sluggish and tired all day. Making our brains think is a wonderful way of keeping our minds happy and healthy, rather than just sitting down thinking about life, that just makes us worry and think about all the things we need to get done and could cause us to go into depression and could make us become mentally ill. The number one reason is learning how to eat, there are a lot of foods that may not look as appetizing, but they are the best for our health. Eating healthy has a lot to do with one’s health, if we tend to just over eat and eat just junk food all that is doing to our health is making it go downhill and making it harder on us. Eating unhealthily can lead to diabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity. Maintaining a good diet helps lower the risk of obesity, which is caused by not eating right and just over eating. Obesity can cause many health risks like heart attacks, and high blood pressure, which can lead to death (Abate). We need many nutrients and vitamins in our bodies such as fibers, proteins, and grains, but we also must be careful with everything we take in because it could do more harm than good.
