Scholar and Economists alike often question what make Google becoming one of the best Companies to work for five years in a row. A successful organization strives to foster a culture that reinforces a healthy mix of work and nonwork activities (Denisi & Griffin, 2016). Did Google be able to achieve the equilibrium between work and play, and how did they do that so effectively.
Although, fun is an important part of Google, but they also creating an opportunity for indiscreet exploration and discover. Therefore, fun is an outcome of who Googlers are, rather than the distinguished characteristics. Still, it doesn’t describe how Google works or why they choose to operate the way they do. To understand that, you must explore the three defining facets of Google’s Cultures: mission, transparency, and voice.
The truth fact is we all want to be a part of something that’s matter and we want to leave our footprint in this world.
