I would like to start-up a business where I can learn from others about their culture and to see how different cultures will be with each other. Amsterdam is a big city with a shortage of hotels. That brings me to an idea: starting a hotel business.

This report will be about my chosen business Tesco. I will talk about the recruiting and selection process of Tesco. I chose Tesco because Tesco is one of the biggest supermarkets and they exist long time ago and they have been successful. Tesco has more than 250 employees so it is counted as a large business. Tesco was found in 1919 by Jack Cohen. Tesco on his first day made profit £1 from sales £4. Tesco’s brand appeared in 1924. Tesco has also bank, insurance company and petrol stations. Tesco have 476 000 employees so it is large business because is also international business. Tesco is a PLC company which means they are public limited company (they can sell shares to the public) and they have unlimited liabilities.

Poverty also influences our responses to health and illness. The level of income below that which people cannot afford a minimum, nutritionally adequate diet, suitable and secure housing, heating and hot water, and beds to sleep on.

A risk assessment is an important step in protecting residents and staff as well as complying with the law. The assessment helps focus on the risks that have the potential to cause harm and in this context, from the harm of acquiring an infection. In most instances, straightforward measures can readily control risks e.g. ensuring that clean and dirty linen are segregated to prevent cross contamination. The law does not expect that all risks will be eliminated, but requires that all steps that are reasonably practicable are taken to protect residents. Quantitative data can be described as measurable factual and accurate data, i.e. sales, volumes and costs. Can be developed with historic records. Quantative data is more objective rather than subjective focusing on key issues.

As all businesses would require their employees' specific roles in which they would have to work in, SFX's Resource department also has its own specific roles that would relate to managing and organising events. Such as open days. The department is responsible for organising open events and every individual within that department has specified roles. For instance the department would need to ensure that those roles are completed and attained appropriately in order the open day event to be successfully achieved.

Since 2012 there has been 3 cases of adolescent suicide in Hillsborough County linked to bullying via cyber or face to face bullying. The most recent case was in 2015, a shuttering story that shook many families, and teens in our county. These cases could all have been prevented if caught early, and treated with the correct care of a guardian or administration. For this recommendation report I chose a middle, high school to research their anti- bullying rules, and ask if they could implement my ideas. As a whole Hillsborough County has a zero tolerance rule against bullying, but are they implementing action to keep this zero tolerance rule?

In this assignment I will be reviewing the different effects of exercise on the body system including the acute and long term using the pre-exercise, exercise and post-exercise physiological data which I collected based on interval and continuous training method. I will also be including the advantages and disadvantages of these, also the participants’ strengths and areas where they can improve on.

As a leader in the workplace, medication errors mostly occur when the workplace is understaffed with a patient load of full nursing cares that require more attention and care than patients who are independent. Due to being understaffed with a patient load of 13 to 2 nurses, medication errors occur more often as nurses are being rushed to finish all cares within their work timeframe. To decrease medication errors it is important to implement more staff during medication rounds, thus giving nurses additional time to concentrate and assure that the correct medication and dose is being given to the right patient ( ).
