Greetings and good morning . Thank you for inviting me to give a talk today on our Entrepreneurship Day. My talk title "Why breakfast is the most important meal of the day?" So the first question is what did you have for breakfast today? And how do you feel now? Tired, want to snack, unhealthy ? Breakfast is the first meal taken in the morning . Examples of common breakfast in Malaysia is the nasi lemak , rice , noodles or vermicelli rice, roti canai or cereal . Breakfast should be varied each day to avoid boredom . Breakfast is usually taken before any work is started , or before going to school early in the morning . Breakfast is a matter that should be on every day usage . It is a necessity that cannot be taken lightly . Eating breakfast will provide energy to be able to carry out all the activities throughout the day with the energetic and productive . Perhaps many of us do not realize the importance of breakfast to a healthy body . Starting the day by placing the stomach is important to help a person think smarter , active and decisive role to the atmosphere throughout the day. Unfortunately, the important of breakfast is taken for granted by today's students. There are some students who do not want to eat breakfast before school. The results somebody will faint when standing up in the morning assembly. Breakfast is a must to fuel during learning. Without breakfast how they might want to focus on learning throughout the day.
