The respondents are asked to fill up the data in the survey questionnaire. There are a lot of things that may distract a person as they get more responsibilities. Not like in elementary high school students have a lot of things to do or responsibilities that may cause their sleeping time shorter. DEFINITION OF TERMS * Sleep - is a naturally recurring state characterized by reduced or absent consciousness, relatively suspended sensory activity, and inactivity of nearly all voluntary muscles. * Phases - Carry out (something) in gradual stages. * Expend - Spend or use up (a resource such as money, time, or energy). * Revealed - make (previously unknown or secret information) known to others. * Mismanagement - To manage badly or carelessly. * Deprivation - The lack or denial of something considered to be a necessity * Responsibilities - The state or fact of having a duty to deal with something.
