Then a rotation of 3 means that the first three letters of the alphabet are moved to the end of the
sequence, while the other letters move up, as shown below. Notice that the movement is done one
letter at a time.

Assignment Overview
In this assignment, we are going to implement a simple encoding and decoding of text. As a result of
working on this project, you will gain more experience with the use of:
1. string
2. if statement
3. for loop and while loop
Background
A rotation cipher is one of the simplest, plain-text ciphers, known since at least the time of Julius
Caesar. It takes in a plain-text string, and translates it into a new string based on a rotation of the
alphabet being used. The basis is a "rotation", a re-sequencing of an alphabet. Consider the
following example. Consider the alphabet being a single string consisting of the lower case English
letters as below (shown with each letter's associated index):

At level 1, each line segment is split into four equal parts, producing an equilateral bump in the middle of each segment. Figure 7-15 shows these shapes at levels 0, 1, and 2. . Python Turtie Graphics Figure 7-15 First three levels of a Koch snowflake Figure 7-15 First three levels of a Koch snowflake At the top level, the script uses a function drawFractalLine to draw three fractal lines. Each line is specified by a given distance, direction (angle), and level: • The initial angles are 0, -12O, and 120 degrees. • The initial distance can be any size, such as 200 pixels. • If the level is O, then the turtle moves the given distance in the given direction. Otherwise, the function draws four fractal lines with % of the given distance, angles that produce the given effect, and the given level minus 1. The function drawFractalLine is recursive.…arrow_forwardBecause rasterizing reduces the visual quality of the output, why do we talk about it?arrow_forward
