Note: I am using python
I have a 2d list called data as the input:
data = [ [2,4,3], [8,6,4], [2,0,17], [8,0,17], [8,3,7] ]
I need to count how many times the first number of each list repeats and then store the information in a dictionary where the number is the key and the number of times it repeats is the value
Output:
{2:2,8:3}
How would I do this? (with python)
