This can be done by offering services that have high value proposition, high quality, and benefit the environment (Wirtz & Lovelock, 2018). Businesses must ensure that it is not only a solid plan for the short term, but that it is a plan that will continue to grow with the company and be beneficial in the long term. As companies grow their marketing strategy might change, but there are essential questions that it should always be able to answer. This includes, why are you doing what you are doing? What is the purpose of the company and what they are selling? What are the goals it wants to achieve? How can it achieve those? How are they bringing value to customers? Partnerships can assist in creating a sustainable marketing strategy because people are able to team up together to achieve goals and reach more customers. This gives them an edge over the competition because they are able to combine forces and offer something that other companies cannot do alone. It also allows them to share the marketing costs, which can assist in campaigns or help spread the cost. Another thing that companies must keep in mind when it comes to marketing strategy is that they must be flexible in order for the strategy to be sustainable. What works right now might now work a few years down the road.
