The condensation of water molecules is required for the formation of a glycosidic bond and either linkage the two monosaccharides units in disaccharide. This was a bad response for my homework because I had to identify the bond in this molecule and I tried saying it was glycosidic but I don’t know what else would be a correct one other than that so it’s been tricky.
