Transcribed Image Text:## Simulating Checkout Lines Using Java Queues
### Task Overview
Create a program to simulate grocery store checkout lines using the Java Library Queue class. For this simulation, there are five checkout lines. An array of queues will be used to implement these lines.
### Implementation Details
**Logic to Follow:**
1. **Initial Setup:**
- Generate 5 customers and enqueue them, with one customer assigned to each queue.
2. **Customer Processing:**
- As new customers arrive ready to check out, they select the shortest queue.
- Customers enter the queues randomly. When a new customer is generated, they choose the shortest available queue.
- If two queues have the same length, the customer joins the first available queue.
- Each transaction takes a random time to complete.
- Print each action along with the queue number on display.
### Output Requirements
- Display queues with customer activities, showing changes in queue states.
- Capture all output at the program's end, listing the actions performed and corresponding queue numbers.
### Program Constraints
- Ensure the program does not run indefinitely; apply necessary limits.
This simulation will help in understanding queue management in a real-world scenario like grocery stores. Adjust your logic as needed to best reflect customer behaviors and checkout processes.
