Introduction: The statement of cash flows is one of the primary financial statements that are prepared to disclose the changes in cash and cash equivalents during a particular period. The reason for changes in cash is represented through different categories, namely, the operating activities, the investing activities, and the financing activities. Operating activities show the cash used or generated from the usual operations of the business. Investing activities show the cash used or generated from the purchase and selling of tangible fixed assets. Financing activities show the cash used or generated from financing activities like the issuance of stock, redemption of bonds, etc.
