Introduction:

J is the CEO of GE and he is one of the ideal individuals for the C-Suite. Even-though he was everything you wanted in a CEO, he lacked results. During his time as the CEO of GE, the company was performing badly, and the share value of the company was also reducingdrastically. He had stated that "there are twenty-four hours in a day, and you can use them all", which can depict many aspects of his approach. We will be looking at the suitability of this approach to GE and some of the drawbacks.
