Question
Chapter 1, Problem 8WIO
Summary Introduction
To explain:
The reason why the populations of organisms are typically well adapted to their environment.
Concept Introduction:
Population includes the number of species of the same organisms inhabiting a specific place in an ecosystem. The temperature, pressure, humidity, availability of food and minerals are a specific place help in the survival of the species under these conditions which are different from the conditions prevalent in the other ecosystems. The species of organisms in specific habitats have a special feature which makes them invisible in the surroundings by camouflaging them which helps them in catching prey.
