The problems leaders face when working in team and especially with the team members who are pessimistic and always have trouble identifying or accepting any solutions and acting as per instructions.

Introduction / Case summary:

This is the case study of team behaviour and understanding and motivating the team to be on same understanding and expectations. If one of the team members is not able to be at par with expectations and not result oriented with their point proving and pessimistic approach then how should leader understand them and approach with positivity so that it will also impact them as well as other team members also.
