Introduction:
ATP (adenosine triphosphate) has a primary role in transferring energy from one place to another. It does not store the energy for longer duration anywhere. When the skeletal muscle fiber is at rest, it produces higher amounts of ATP than what is required. This ATP transfers the energy to creatine.
