Introduction:

Obesity is a weight of the body, which is more than 20% above suggested levels or BMI (body mass index).  BMI is a description of weight of the body relative to height of the body.

Explanation of Solution

Environmental factors contribute to risk for obesity:

Obesity is highly connected with environmental factors than biological and genetical factors. Eating unhealthy foods attracted by food advertisements and decreasing physical activity are the major environmental factors that may result in obesity. People with low socio-economic status are more contribute to such habits because of lack of access to physical workouts and healthful foods.

Conclusion

Overall, people generally become obese or overweight since they do not get enough physical activities in combination with poor eating behavior. The risk can be reduced by improving eating behaviour, increasing physical activities, and avoiding unhealthy foods.
