Introduction:
Physical fitness is important for healthy wellbeing. This comes from regular exercise and proper nutrition. It cost energy based on intensity of work performed. Exercise is a type of physical activity which is performed in a structured way such as aerobics, running, weight lifting, push up and so on. Physical activity cost energy and it must be replaced with balanced meal within 30 to 40 minutes of exercise for post exercise recovery. To recover the lost energy body needs a quick meal containing carbohydrate, proteins and fat along with vitamins and minerals.
