A series of exercise that may improve all of Karen’s elbow movements and also determine which muscles are being helped by each exercise.

Concept introduction:

Muscle is defined as a soft tissue, which acts as a source of power in the body. There are three types of muscles such as skeletal muscle, cardiac and non-striated muscle. Muscle helps in body motion as well as involved in several processes such as breathing, circulation, and digestion.
