Introduction:

The bladder cells consist of transitional epithelium with sphincter muscles and the samples were taken from patients, which were grown in the artificial medium in the laboratories. The kidney cells contain nephrons, juxtaglomerular apparatus, proximal tubules, distal tubules and collecting ducts, which form a complex architecture inside the kidney organ. It is therefore difficult to grow the kidney tubules in an artificial medium with enriched medium.
