Interpretation:
The possible compositions of the liquid and vapor phases.
Concept Introduction:
The Px-y diagram shows a binary system with positive deviation. The upper curve is the bubble point curve (P-x curve) and the lower curve is the dew point curve (P-y curve). Both the curves have similar maximal point where the azeotrope is formed. At maximal point, no separation will take place hence the mixture turns into a constant boiling mixture.
