Reviewing the reports in Fig 12.1 to 12.3 and giving examples of how each of these reports establishes a good relationship by considering using the “you ’attitude, emphasizing the positive, establishing credibility, being polite , using bias-free language and projecting a good company or organizational image.
Introduction:
To be a successful report writer, one must pay attention to the sensitivity of the audience i.e. intended audiences must be thought about by controlling style and tone. Being aware of company guidelines for communicating with public audiences make one aware of preferences.
