Interpretation:
Two solvents are hexane and water are provided. For the given two structures the biological molecule which is more soluble in hexane and water has to be predicted. The prediction has to be defended and an experiment has to be designed to test the hypothesis. If the digestion of dietary molecules are considered then the one which will be more easily digested under the conditions present in the digestive tract has to be found.
