To think critically about: The system of payment to be made for the employees that do not have children in case the company provides the employer-paid child care services to all the workers.

Introduction:

The child care service to be given to the employees of a company is a type of employee benefit granted. This is required as almost 3/4^th of the women in US are at work every day and the child care at company location benefit both the family and the company.
