To examine: Whether the statement “The U.S. government currently provides monetary incentives for farmers to grow a variety of fruits and vegetables” is true or false.
Introduction: A farm is an area of land where foods and crops are produced. It produces and sells at least one thousand dollar of agricultural products annually. The raw material from the trees, bushes, plants, and animals are collected and moved for processing. From processing, it is moved to the distributor, to the retailer, and finally to the consumer. The cost for growing crops is high; so, subsidies are given on certain crops. Subsidies are financial help provided by the government to farmers.
