To determine: The affect of government on the growth and stability of labor unions. Also examine if the trade unions are seen to gain strength in the state in future.

Case summary: The case explains the importance of labor union in efficient completion of a project. This work division characteristic of the unions help to complete the tasks on time as if the project is to be completed without the labor unions, the permanent employment of hundreds of employees with varied skills would have been difficult to maintain. But the unions work in a voluntary manner and have different rules for the start or end the work. Also, the maintenance of the union workers requires good leadership skills.
