Introduction

Helminth are parasitic worms, they are multicellular organism. There are two groups called round worms, nematode which as diverse group around 15,000 species, another group called patyhelminth flatworms. These parasites are intestinal worms that causes infections in humans through contaminated water, soil, arthropod, food and molluscan vector which affect organs including lungs, liver and blood, sometimes brain. Common species infect humans are Trichuris tricura (Whipworm), Ascaris lumbricoids (roundworm), Ancylostoma duodenale (hookworm) and Nectar americanus, Schistosomons (blood flukes).
