Introduction:

Nuclear division represents the division of nucleus so as to transfer a copy of its chromosomal DNA to each of its progenitor so that each upcoming generation has the essential genetic instructions to carry out life processes. Ascomycetes included under fungi which are member of eukaryotic organisms that can digest food from outside and absorbs the nutrients through its cell wall. Fungal spores are the microscopic particles that will help in the process of reproduction.
