Radio button is used to allow the user to select one option from the several possible options.

Check box:

• A check box appears in groups or in single.
  • It is used to permit the user to create yes/no or on/off selections.
• A check box seems to appear like a small box with a label represented next to it.
  • If a check box is selected, a small check mark appears inside the box.
