Question
Chapter 12.4, Problem 1MC
Summary Introduction
Todetermine:
The five conditions that are required for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
Concept Introduction:
According to the Hardy-Weinberg law, frequencies of allele and gene cannot change from one generation to another. The population genetics depends upon a close relationship between genotype and allele frequencies. Genotype frequency can be calculated by the number of individuals with their genotype that is divided by an entire number of populations.
