Chapter 13, Problem 23CP
Summary Introduction

To determine:

The effect of Babinski reflex, after a back injury on Tina.

Introduction:

Babinski reflex is the fanning of the toe and the fingers of the foot when the lateral sole is stroked with a tong. It is found in infants and disappear by the age of two. The opposite of babinski reflex is the plantar reflex, in which the toe and the fingers curls inwards when stroked with a tong on the lateral sole. It is a normal reflex and found in all adults. If the babinski reflex is found in adults that means there is some issue with the CNS (Central Nervous system).
