Summary Introduction

Microbes like bacteria, fungi, archaea, and viruses are cultured in the laboratory condition by both in vitro and in vivo techniques. Microbes cultured in the artificial growth medium like Agar based and cell line infections are termed as invitro growth conditions. Microbes infected in animal models and cultured are termed as invivo methods. Culture condition of microbes and optimization of its growth parameters helps to know much about the microbial physiology.
