BinarySearcher.java:

• Create a class named “BinarySearcher”. Inside the class,
• Define the required variables
• Define the constructor and initialize the variables
  • Define the method “search()”
    • Declare the required variables
    • Loop that iterates to compare the values
    • Find the middle value and difference
    • Use condition to find the exact location of the value present.
    • Return the value.
