Explanation of Solution

For the process of domestication, early human selected the following traits: The seeds number in the coming generation of plants should be high. The seed size of the coming generation plants should be large. The generation rate of the seeds should be less so that the plants can grow faster. Plants should retain their seeds and lack of dormancy should be there in the seeds.

The mechanism of seed dispersal was also focused by early humans because people collect the seeds from the plants instead of dispersing them to make them well used. The main reason for selecting these traits is to increase the quality and quantity of the seeds so that human can have more plat s in a short period of time. Hence, these are the traits selected by the early hums to increase the quality and quantity of the plants in order to meet the requirements of humans.

Conclusion

Hence, humans chose the plants, which were easy to grow, reproduce and fulfill the requirements of humans.
