Introduction:

An officer has stopped a person driving a vehicle under suspicion charges. The officer conducted the cerebellum functioning test to check the intoxication caused in the person, due to an excessive intake of drugs or alcohol. The intake of the drugs or alcohol causes hallucination, blurring of the vision, lack of the locomotor coordination of the hands and legs in the brain.
