Introduction:

Microbiota is a term which defines the microbial population in a specified area. Usually, our human system consists of microbiota like skin microbiota and gut microbiota. Gut microbiota helps in digestion process by producing several enzymes. Skin microbiota helps in producing vitamin D. Most of this microbiota are naturally existing and it is beneficial to the host. It may become opportunistic infections when the host immune system weakens.
