The managers of the organization have the responsibility to ensure that they undergo an effective communication process in order to establish relation between the organization and the concerned stakeholders such as employee and the consumers. Hence, the manager requires that the vitality of the communication process is achieved by taking all the necessary actions and steps required to do so. The managers hence need to address the set of five contemporary communication issues that emerge in the modern times when the modern techniques of communication helps to achieve the dynamics of the relationship between the organizations and the stakeholders.
