Introduction:

Heart is a muscular organ made of up cardiac muscle. It is surrounded by pericardium which contains pericardial fluid. It has three layers such as outer layer is epicardium, middle layer is myocardium, and the inner layer is endocardium. It contains blood vessels that collectively form cardiovascular system. It is responsible for pumping of blood into the body.
