Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner was an excellent idea on paper. The plane was lightweight, flying on low fuel, having the capacity of 290 passengers. It promised to give unprecedented luxuries at a reasonable cost but failed to achieve it because of its improper organizational management. They started outsourcing their work in order to achieve their targets, but didn’t work out for them and created many more problems. This increased their costs and reduced their goodwill. Meanwhile, their other competitors took the advantage of the situation and resulted in the downfall of Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner.
