Case summary:

Brian Rhen was suffered from repeated episodes of vertigo. The diagnosis was done with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo that can be caused by head trauma. He experienced vertigo whenever rolled over a bed or turning his head side by side. The diagnosis of BPVV was confirmed by using a test called Dix-Hallpike maneuver.
