Therefore, the CEO of the company has planned to implement a new CRM system to rectify these ongoing issues and attract and retain customers. Customer relationship management (CRM), this is an approach and system to manage a favourable and attractive relationship with existing and potential customer. It supports and aids the management of sales, delivery actionable insights, merges with social media and facilitates team management and communication. Further, it enables to manage customer interactions and problems effectively and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to drive sales growth.
