Explanation

Binge-eating disorder and bulimia nervosa are different from each other. In binge eating disorder, the affected individual consumes high amount of calories than a normal healthy person in a short period of time but it is not usually followed by any action to burn or eliminate those calories. However, bulimia nervosa is usually followed by compensatory behaviors such as self-induced vomiting, use of laxatives, exercising, and fasting in between episodes to compensate for the high caloric intake...
