Introduction:
Protists are a separate group of organisms that are differ from plants, animals and fungi. They are both macroscopic as well as microscopic. Some of the protists are pathogenic for humans while others are not pathogenic. Pathogens are organisms that infect and attack humans and cause infections which result in emergence of a disease. For example bacteria like Salmonella, Mycobacterium, Vibrio cholerae and many others.
