Summary Introduction

To review:

The evidence that confirms the presence of injuries in Question 2.

Introduction:

Along with prerenal condition, the firefighter, in the given case, suffered from lung injuries as well. Hypovolemia caused a decreased blood flow to the important organs, such as the lungs and the kidneys. The firefighter was found in a heavily smoke-filled room. The harmful chemicals are caustic to the tracheobronchial tree and are also poisonous to the body. Inflammation of the tracheobronchial tree, excessive bronchial secretions, mucus plugging, bronchospasm, and other symptoms were observed.
