Total Template
- Include the required header files in the program.
- Create a function template “total” for finding the total value of numbers.
- Get the size from the function parameter.
- Get the elements from the user
- Compute the total and return it to the function call.
- Define the “main()” function,
- Declare the required inputs.
- Get the size from the user
- Call the function template “total” by passing the size.
- Display the results on the output screen.

4. Absolute Value Template
Write a function template that accepts an argument and returns its absolute value. The absolute value of a number is its value with no sign. For
example, the absolute value of -5 is 5, and the absolute value of 2 is 2. Test the template in a simple driver program being sure to send the
template short, int, double, float, and long data values.

Lowest Score Drop
Write a program that calculates the average of a group of test scores, where the lowest score in the group is dropped. It should use the following functions:
void getScore() should ask the user for a test score, store it in a reference parameter variable, and validate it. This function should be called by main once for each of the five scores to be entered.
void calcAverage() should calculate and display the average of the four highest scores. This function should be called just once by main and should be passed the five scores.
int findLowest() should find and return the lowest of the five scores passed to it. It should be called by calcAverage, which uses the function to determine which of the five scores to drop.
Input Validation: Do not accept test scores lower than 0 or higher than 100.

- C++HurdleGame The HurdleGame class contains all the functions invoked as a result of a user action (i.e. when a user presses a key on the Hurdle Frontend, one of the functions in HurdleGame will be called. Any action should update the HurdleState object. Each function in HurdleGame is called as a result of a user action on the Hurdle Frontend. To understand this, please read the Hurdle Backend API section below before implementing. You are responsible for implementing each of the functions below. LetterEntered ● Called by the Hurdle frontend when the user enters a letter. ● Hint: when a user enters a letter, how should the underlying HurdleState be modified to reflect the change resulting from that key press? The function returns a new password generated using the following pattern: fav_number followed by the pet_name followed by the star * and fav_number again (see the example below). Create a program that gets a pet name and a favorite number as input from the user, calls the above function, and then prints the output as shown below. Example Input: Angel 3 Output: Your new password is "3Angel*3". Note that the double quotes are part of the output. The assert in the provided template is checking that this function call is returning the correct value (i.e., a correctly-formed string). assert create_password("Angel", 3) == "3Angel*3" Hints Remember that you cannot directly concatenate an integer and a string - you need to convert an integer into a string using either str() or by using f-strings. Create the file by entering five customer records, with each record consisting of an integer account number (starting with account number 1000), a first name (maximum of 10 characters), a last name (maximum of 15 characters), and a double-precision number for the account balance. After the file is created, write a C++ program that requests a user-input account number and displays the corresponding name and account balance from the file.arrow_forward
