Program plan:

• Define the method “countEvenBranches()”,
  • Return the value returned from the parameterized method “countEvenBranches()”.
• Define the parameterized method “countEvenBranches()”,
  • Check whether the root of the tree is null,
    • If it is true, return “0”.
      • Otherwise, check whether the right and left of the root is null,
        • If it is true, return “0”.
      • Otherwise, check whether the value is even number,
        • Return the value calculated from those values returned from the parameterized method “countEvenBranches()”.
      • Otherwise, return the value calculated from those values returned from the parameterized method “countEvenBranches()”.
