Chapter 18, Problem 15RQ
Summary Introduction
To review:
1. The differences between the circulatory system and the cardiovascular system.
2. The differences between complete blood count and complete blood count with differential.
Introduction:
Various tissues of the body need proper supply of oxygen which is accomplished by the fluid connective tissue termed as blood. A special protein called hemoglobin in the blood serves as the carrier of oxygen and transports oxygen from the heart to various tissues of the body. The oxygenated blood flows through blood vessels called arteries.
