Enterprise fund: the government sometimes offer goods or services for sale to the public. The amounts charged to customers are intended to recover all or most of the cost of these goods or services. Such operations are accounted as enterprise funds. Enterprise fund is one of two proprietary funds.
Special revenue fund: it is an account established by government for money collected for specific project. Special revenue funds provide extra level of transparency and accountability to taxpayers that their tax dollars are used for appropriate purpose.
