Human evolution is all about the study of mankind and the evolution of the apes like primates into Homo sapiens . It majorly covers the structural changes leading to human development and the evolution of the human brain.

The area of research in human evolution that has gained a lot of attention is how early humans started talking, how was the first language associated with neural communication. All the animals including closest relatives of humans (apes) have a well functional voice box, from which humans would have started making different sounds and hand gestures which would have helped them to communicate with each other.
