Chapter 18, Problem 6WWTS
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The leukocytes are formed elements and are otherwise called as white blood cells. About 5,000 to 10,000 white blood cells are seen per microliter (μl) of blood. They provide us protection against various diseases and infections. These vary from the erythrocytes (RBCs) in which they hold their organelles throughout their life span.
