Interdependent variables shaping the project management:

• Three interdependent variables, which play an important role in shaping the project management is as follows.
  • Time
  • Resource
  • Scope
• Interdependent variables specify that a change in any one variable requires a change in other variables to run successfully.

Importance of interdependent variables to a social media software development project:

• Interdependent variables depend on each other to bump into the success, so a change in one requires the change in others also.
• These variables define the constraints by which the project manager must abide by and the requirement of the project is understood from the scope of the project.
• For an example, if time value is changed by increasing the deadline then to meet the project success, it is necessary to decrease the scope of the project or increase the resource.
• Finally, these resources will present the physical reality using which the project manager will conduct the software development.
• If the resources are not available, then a project with an expansive scope with a small time will not be simply completed.
• Hence, the above listed three variables are important to a social media software development project.
